Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved the
offer set out in the offer document dated 27 May 2025 in respect of:
Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in Edda Wind ASA made by Electric AS
Offer price: NOK 23 per share in cash
Acceptance period: From and including 28 May 2025 to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 27
June 2025
The offer document also includes an offer of redemption price under a compulsory
acquisition in accordance with section 4-25 of the Norwegian Public Limited
Liability Companies Act.
Redemption amount: NOK 23 per share in cash
Objection deadline: Up to and including 28 July 2025
