Disclosure of large shareholding

Altor Invest 5 AS and Altor Invest 6 AS have today accepted the mandatory offer
from Frasers Group Plc for XXL ASA. Accordingly, Altor Invest 5 AS will sell 11
745 784 A-shares and 8 525 519 B-shares, and Altor Invest 6 AS will sell 11 745
784 A-shares and 8 525 518 B-shares, at a price of NOK 10 per share. Following
these sales, Altor Invest 5 AS and Altor Invest 6 will have no shares in XXL
ASA. Altor Invest 5 AS and Altor Invest 6 AS are closely associated persons of
Tom Christian Jovik, member of the board of directors of XXL ASA.
