Clarification: Ref Horisont Energi: Extraordinary General Meeting with Proposed Cash Distribution and Strategic Spin-Off of the Barents Blue Project to Shareholders

The stock exchange notice which was updated 11.51 earlier today was not changed.

The attachment was however updated with the deadline shareholders have to submit
proxies to the VPS prior to the EGM scheduled for June 11 2025.

The content of the attachment is now aligned with the meeting call which is
submitted to shareholders via the VPS service.
