ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN BYGGMA ASA

Byggma ASA’s annual general meeting was held today, 27 May 2025. The general
assembly approved the annual report 2024 including report from the board of
directors, statement of profit or loss and balance sheet.

The board’s proposal of allocation of loss with allocation from fund for
valuation differences and other equity was approved.

The board of directors consists of the following:

From the shareholders:
Geir Drangsland, Terje Gunnulfsen, Terje Sagbakken, Hege Aarli Klem and Liv Anne
Drangsland Holst.

From the employees:
Torbjørn Østebø, Dagfinn Eriksen og Kenneth Berntsen.
