Disclosure of large shareholding

Hemen Holding Limited ("Hemen") has today, 26 May 2025, sold 75,000 shares in
Avance Gas Holding Ltd ("Avance"). Following the sale, Hemen owns 51,606,591
shares in Avance which represents a total of 66.65 % of Avance's issued shares
and voting rights (based on 77,426,972 shares issued by Avance).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
