KMC Properties ASA – CEO Appointment

Oslo, 25 May 2025: Christian Linge has been appointed Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) of KMC Properties. The appointment is effective immediately and will have
a duration of six months. Linge replaces Stig Wærnes, who is stepping down from
the role.

Linge, who is the former acting CFO of KMC Properties ASA, will focus on
regaining operational activities in the Company, directly or through
subsidiaries.
