Arendal, Norway, 23 May 2025: Norse Atlantic ASA ("Norse" or the "Company")
announces that Marianne Økland and Timothy Sanger both have notified the Company
that they resign from their positions as members of the Board of Directors,
effective today, 23 May 2025. Norse appreciates their contributions and wish
