KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 23 May 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value
Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of
directors has resolved to propose that DVD's annual general meeting, to be held
on 6 June 2025, resolves to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.25 per
share, in total approximately NOK 23.3 million, for June 2025.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 0.25 per share
Announced currency: NOK
Last day including right: 10 June 2025
Ex-date: 11 June 2025
Record date: 12 June 2025
Payment date: On or about: 17 June 2025
Date of approval: 6 June 2025

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid in capital by the
shareholders of DVD.
