Ex dividend today

With reference to the announcement made on 30 April 2025 about key information
relating to cash dividend, the shares in Zalaris ASA (Ticker code: "ZAL”) will
be traded ex-dividend of NOK 0.9 per share as from today, 23 May 2025. The
payment will be made on or about 3 June 2025.
