EAM Solar AS: Q1 Report to be Published Alongside Agenda for Shareholder Information Meeting

The Company had envisioned the publication date for the 2025 Q1 report to be 22
May 2025. Due to the Company’s limited resources and personnel being engaged
towards the relisting of the Company on Euronext Growth and the publication of
the 2024 Annual Report, it has not been possible to publish the 2025 Q1 report
by the envisioned date.

Yesterday, 22 May 2025, the Company announced that it intends to hold a
Shareholder Information Meeting in week 23. Prior to this meeting, the company
intends to send a meeting agenda. It is the Company’s intent that to publish its
2025 Q1 report simultaneously with this meeting agenda.

A specific date for the Shareholder Information Meeting will be announced during
week 22.
