Disclosure of large shareholding - Aker Carbon Capture ASA

We wish to notify you that Greenvale Capital LLP (“Greenvale”) no longer has a
large shareholding in Aker Carbon Capture ASA (ISIN NO0010890304) (the
“Company”). On 16 May 2024, Greenvale sold shares in the Company, resulting in
Greenvale’s shareholding being reduced to 30,000,000 shares, equivalent to 4.96%
of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company, thereby
falling below the 5% disclosure threshold.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
