Techstep ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest"), has on 22 May 2025 acquired 400,000 shares
in Techstep ASA (the "Company"). The transaction was completed at NOK 11 per
share. Karbon Invest will after the acquisition hold a total of 5,155,546 shares
in the Company, corresponding to 14.98% of the outstanding shares. Karbon Invest
is a close associate of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary insider in the
Company.
Datum AS has today on 22 May 2025 acquired 350,000 shares in the Company. The
transaction was completed at NOK 11 per share. Harald Arnet is a board member of
Datum AS and board member of the Company. Datum Group (Datum AS and Datum Vekst
AS) will after the acquisition hold a total of 6,857,661 shares in the Company,
corresponding to 19.9% of the outstanding shares.
