On [22 May] 2025, Stobor Invest AB, have sold [1,500,000] shares in Techstep ASA
(the "Company"). Following this transaction, Stobor Invest AB holds a total of
[989,899] shares in the Company, representing [2.88]% of the outstanding shares
and voting rights in the Company. As a result of this transaction, Storbor
Invest AB has fallen under the 5% reportable threshold of the outstanding shares
and voting rights in the Company.
This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to
section 5-12 of the same Act.
