With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 03 April 2025 regarding
the option exercise by Eric Skjæveland.

Following the registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises of
the shares issued in connection with the option exercise, the company's share
capital is now 1 043 353,61, divided into 8 025 797 shares, each with a nominal
value of NOK 0.13.
