The following primary insider in Morrow Bank ASA (the “Bank”) has today in
accordance with the Bank's share option plan exercised stock options as set out
below:

Henning Fagerbakke, board member, has exercised options to subscribe for 15,340
shares in Morrow Bank ASA at a subscription price per share of NOK 1.00 plus a
variable element equivalent to the social security tax at the date of exercise
of NOK 1.37 per share. Following the transaction Henning Fagerbakke and close
associates hold 602,187 shares in Morrow Bank ASA.

Annika Ramstedt, Chief Credit Risk Officer, has exercised options to subscribe
for 108,742 shares in Morrow Bank ASA at a subscription price per share of NOK
1.00 plus a variable element equivalent to the social security tax at the date
of exercise of NOK 2.62 per share. Following the transaction Annika Ramstedt and
close associates hold 333,906 shares, 439,277 stock options and 800,000 warrants
in Morrow Bank ASA.

Wilhelm B. Thomassen, Chief Operation Officer, has exercised options to
subscribe for 108,742 shares in Morrow Bank ASA at a subscription price per
share of NOK 1.00 plus a variable element equivalent to the social security tax
at the date of exercise of NOK 1.37 per share. Following the transaction Wilhelm
B. Thomassen and close associates hold 2,218,959 shares, 388,729 stock options
and 800,000 warrants in Morrow Bank ASA.
