Ex. dividend NOK 5.00 today

The shares in Telenor ASA will be traded ex. dividend of NOK 5.00 today, 22 May
2025. The dividend will be paid out on 3 June 2025. The Annual General Meeting
has approved an ordinary dividend for FY 2024 of NOK 9.60 per share, paid in two
tranches. The second tranche of ordinary dividend is NOK 4.60 per share, with
ex. dividend date 16 October 2025 and expected pay-out on 28 October 2025.
