Disclosure of large shareholding

Carpe Diem Afseth AS ("Carpe Diem") has today, 22 May 2025, acquired 10,000
shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA ("Gentian"). Following the acquisition, Carpe
Diem owns 772,816 shares in Gentian which represents a total of 5.01% of
Gentian's issued shares and
voting rights (based on 15,422,350 shares issued by Gentian). Carpe Diem is 100%
owned by John Afseth who has no formal role in Gentian.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
