Building new water treatment plant in Trelleborg

AF Bygg Syd has signed a contract with Envidan, which will construct a new water
treatment plant in Trelleborg. The contract value is approximately SEK 273
million excluding VAT.

The project will be carried out as a collaborative contract in close cooperation
with Trelleborg Municipality. AF Bygg Syd is a subcontractor to Envidan and is
responsible for the building and groundwork.

The new water treatment plant will be built in northern Trelleborg and will
include a process building, an office section, and an auxiliary building, with a
total gross floor area of approximately 7,000 square meters GFA.

Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2025, and the plant is
expected to be completed by spring 2028.
