SUOGR01 – Exercise of voluntary early redemption

SuperOffice Group AS (the "Company") has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the
exercise of its call option and redemption of all the outstanding bonds under
its senior secured bond issue 2020/2025 with ISIN NO0010900129 with original
maturity 5 November 2025, and each Bondholder is hereby given notice thereof.

The exercise of the call option is conditional upon the condition set out in the
Call Option Notice being satisfied or waived no later than 2 June 2025.

information about the exercise of the call option.
