Purchase of own shares for the Share Savings plan completed

Reference is made to Bakkafrost's announcement yesterday, 20 May 2025, regarding
the purchase of its own shares as treasury shares for the Share Savings
Programme (ref. NewsWeb (https://newsweb.oslobors.no/message/646949)).
Today 21 May 2025, Bakkafrost has purchased 32,637 Bakkafrost shares to be used
in the Share Savings Plan for employees. The shares were purchased in the market
at a price of NOK 489.6043 per share.
After the share purchase and settlement, the Bakkafrost group holds a total of
112,864 shares, of which Bakkafrost Processing holds 11,642 shares and
Bakkafrost Holding holds 101,222 treasury shares.
The purchase of own shares yesterday and today totals 100,000 shares, which was
Bakkafrost's goal for purchasing treasury shares for the Share Savings
Programme. Bakkafrost has no plans to buy more shares in the near term.
