Odfjell SE: Mandatory notification of trade

Norchem A/S ("Norchem"), the largest shareholder of Odfjell SE ("Odfjell") has
on 21 May 2025 purchased 750,516 B-shares in Odfjell SE at a price of NOK 103.00
per share on Oslo Børs.

Following this transaction, Norchem owns 25,966,492 A-shares and 7,811,664 B
-shares in Odfjell, equivalent to 42.37% of total outstanding shares and 42.02%
of the votes in Odfjell.

Laurence Ward Odfjell, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Odfjell, has a
controlling interest in Norchem. In addition, Laurence Ward Odfjell controls:
(i) A/S Rederiet Odfjell which owns 3,497,742 A-shares in Odfjell SE, equivalent
to 4.39% of total outstanding shares and 5.79% of the votes, (ii) Norchem LWO
Holding AS which owns 563,012 B-shares, equivalent of 0.71% of total outstanding
shares, and (iii) Skibsaksjeselskapet Storli which owns 100,000 B-shares,
equivalent to 0.13% of total outstanding shares in Odfjell.
