Hafslund – Summons to bondholder meetings

Hafslund AS, with an A- rating from S&P and Scope, will today send out summons
to bondholders’ meetings. These will be conducted in accordance with the
provisions in the loan agreements through written resolution (8 bond issues) and
bondholder meetings (3 bond issues).

In this connection, Hafslund will hold investor meetings.
