Energeia AS – Correction: New share capital registered

Oslo, 21 May 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the
"Company") published on 16 May 2025, including minutes from the extraordinary
general meeting held on the same day (the "EGM"), announcing that the EGM had
approved the private placement directed towards Eidsiva Vekst AS and Obligo
Nordic Climate Impact Fund raising gross proceeds of NOK 10 million (the
"Private Placement").

The Private Placement is now completed and the share capital increase pertaining
to the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 22,384,306.24
divided into 1,119,215,312 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
