Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the annual general meeting in B2 Impact ASA (B2") scheduled
for 22 May 2025, Jon Harald Nordbrekken has received proxies without voting
instructions representing 86,260,191 shares and votes, equal to approximately
23.41% of all issued shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the AGM.
In addition, Mr. Nordbrekken controls, directly or indirectly, a total of
37,202,949 shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that
Mr. Nordbrekken controls 123,463,140 shares and votes, equal to approximately
33.50%, at the AGM. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements
pursuant to section 4 -4 of the Securities Trading Act.
