Disclosure of large shareholding

Tønsberg, 21 May 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
poLight ASA (the "Company") published earlier today regarding the convening of
the annual general meeting, pursuant to which, the general meeting resolved to
approve, inter alia, the issuance of 63,743,112 new shares in the Company, each
with a nominal value of NOK 0.04, in connection with a directed share issue
towards Q Technology (Group) Company Limited ("Q Tech") (the "Private
Placement").

Following the completion of the Private Placement, Q Tech will hold a total of
63,743,112 shares in the Company, representing approximately 32.97% of the
outstanding shares and voting rights, thereby exceeding the 25% threshold for
disclosure of large shareholdings.

Additionally, the following shareholders will fall below certain disclosure
threshold as a result of the Private Placement, as further set out below:

· Investinor Direkte AS: Maintains a holding of 13,500,531 shares in the
Company, corresponding to 6.98% of the total outstanding shares and voting
rights in the Company, crossing below the 10% threshold for disclosure of large
shareholdings.
· Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: Maintains a holding of 7,488,004 shares as at
14[th] May 21, 2025 in the Company, corresponding to 3.87% of the total
outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company, crossing below the 5%
threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings.
· LHH AS: Maintains a holding of 7,500,000 shares in the Company,
corresponding to 3.88% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in the
Company, crossing below the 5% threshold for disclosure of large shareholdings.
