Aqua Bio Technology ASA (ABTEC) has entered into agreements with Coc Invest AS,
Odp Holding AS, Fiala Holding AS, Kø Consulting AS, Cover Consult AS, and
Hartmanns Norge AS for the sale of Ovalen AS, 3D Innovation Nordic AS, and
Coverbrands AS.

The settlement for the sales consists of 11 million ABT shares and 500,000 in
cash.

As previously reported, ABTEC has identified significant findings in connection
with the audit of the companies now sold, for the fiscal year 2024.

As part of the settlement, ABTEC retains litigation competence, should there be
grounds for this.
