trade primary insiders

Vend has granted 10,464 B-shares to primary insiders in Vend Marketplaces ASA in
connection with long-term incentive plans. The shares will be transferred to the
employees during the coming days.



The transfers are related to the 3-year plan Executive Incentive Plan 2024 (EIP
2024).



For more information on the EIP Plan, please refer to Vend Marketplaces ASA's
Remuneration Report 2023.
