A total of 34 participants in the Company's share option program have on May
16[th] 2025 exercised a total of 39 800 options at a strike price of NOK 30.46.
A total of 79 participants in the Company's share option program have on May
16[th] 2025 exercised a total of 70 979 options at a strike price of NOK 90.36.
Shares acquired through the program have a sales restriction on one year after
exercise date.
Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 110 779 shares. These shares
will be transferred in June.
1 500 options have been exercised by primary insiders.
The following primary insider has been exercised options:
Jørgen Wiese Porsmyr has exercised 1 000 options and bought 1 000 shares at NOK
90.36 per share.
Siv Hege Solheim has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 90.36
per share.
Shares acquired through the program have a sales restriction on one year after
exercise date.
