Edda Wind ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

19 May 2025: Reference is made to announcement of 29 April 2025 by Geveran
Trading Co Ltd, Wilhelmsen New Energy AS and EPS Ventures Ltd (the
"Shareholders") regarding an unconditional mandatory cash offer (the “Offer”) to
acquire all outstanding shares (the “Shares”) in Edda Wind ASA (the “Company” or
“Edda Wind”) not already owned by them, such Offer to be made by Electric AS
(the “Offeror”), a company jointly owned by the Shareholders.

The Offeror has on 16 May 2025 acquired 94,621 shares of Edda Wind at an average
price of NOK 22.99 per share. Following this, the Offeror holds 16,930,001
shares, representing approximately 13.1% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the Company. Together, the Offeror and the Shareholders control 123,147,663
shares, representing approximately 95.2% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the Company. A PDMR notice is attached to this announcement.
