AB Stena Metall Finans (publ) – Satisfaction of conditional call

We refer to the announcement published 7 May 2025 regarding the exercise of AB
Stena Metall Finans (publ)'s call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under
its senior unsecured bond issue 2022/2027 (with ISIN NO0012514274).

The exercise of the call option was conditional on satisfaction of all
conditions precedent under the new bond issue by AB Stena Metall Finans (publ)
of new senior unsecured bonds with an initial amount of SEK 1,000 million.

We are pleased confirm that the conditions have been satisfied and that all
outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out in announcement published 7 May
2025. The entire bond issue will be repaid at a price equal to 101.100% of the
Nominal Amount plus accrued interest, with record date on 20 May 2025 and call
option repayment date on 22 May 2025.
