Public Property Invest ASA: Annual general meeting held all agenda items approved

Oslo, 16 May 2025: The annual general meeting of Public Property Invest ASA
was held today on 16 May 2025 at 12:00 hours (CEST).

All the matters on the agenda were approved in accordance with the proposals
from the board of directors, including the proposed board authorisations to
increase the share capital which will be used by the board to partially issue
the consideration shares to TRG Real Estate AS as part of the transaction
