Reference is made to the previous stock exchange release on 13 May 2025
regarding exercise of share options by primary insiders Camilla Tellefsdal
Robstad and Hege Holter Brekke under Orkla ASA's long term share incentive
programme. The sales process conducted by a third party is now completed, with
the following result:
- Camilla Tellefsdal Robstad has sold 63,286 shares at a price of NOK 108.5545
per share to cover the taxes incurred by the exercise of the options and
related transaction costs. Robstad has in a related transaction acquired
12,583 shares at an average price of NOK 108.5545. Following these
transactions, Robstad owns 24,140 shares in Orkla ASA.
- Hege Holter Brekke has sold 121,189 shares at a price of NOK 108.5545 per
share to cover the taxes incurred by the exercise of the options and related
transaction costs. Brekke has in a related transaction acquired 19,663 shares
at an average price of NOK 108.5545. Following these transactions, Brekke owns
35,098 shares in Orkla ASA.
