Odfjell Rig III Ltd (OSE: ODRG) (“ODRG”), is pleased to report its financial and
operational results for the three months period ended 31 March 2025.

Odfjell Drilling Limited, ODRG’s guarantor, has also announced its first quarter
results for 2025 today. In connection with these results, Chief Executive
