the following transaction has been completed by a primary insider in Nordic
Aqua Partners:

Kjell-Erik Østdahl, Chair of the board in Nordic Aqua Partners AS, has bought
25,000 shares in Nordic Aqua Partners for a price of NOK 78 per share.

Further, the following transaction has been completed by a close associate of
a primary insider in Nordic Aqua Partners:

Kontrari AS, a close associate of Vegard Gjerde, board member of the Company
and primary insider, has bought 119,020 shares in Nordic Aqua Partners AS for
an average price of NOK 78 per share.
