Major shareholding notification

Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna (ZJ Foundation), an entity owned
by Zbigniew Juroszek, has bought 119.400 shares in Gentoo Media Inc. As a result
of this transaction, Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna increased its
holding to 13,511,162 shares  or 10.03% of the outstanding shares and voting
rights in Gentoo Media Inc.

Fundacja Zbigniewa Juroszka Fundacja Rodzinna (ZJ Foundation)  and close
associates are holding now 39,110,564 shares or 29.03% of the outstanding shares
and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc.
