Instabank ASA: Agreement to Acquire NOK 375 Million Mortgage Portfolio

Today, Instabank ASA (INSTA) announced an agreement to acquire a mortgage
portfolio valued at approximately NOK 375 million from a Norwegian bank.
The portfolio mirrors Instabank’s existing mortgage portfolio in terms of
interest rates, credit risk, and loan-to-value ratios.
This acquisition underscores Instabank’s capacity to leverage structural
opportunities alongside its organic growth strategy.
Upon completion, the transaction is expected to increase Instabank’s total
lending volume by approximately 6 %, reaching approximately NOK 7.4 billion
based on Q1 2025 figures.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the Norwegian Financial
Supervisory Authority and is anticipated to close before the end of Q2 2025.
