The shares have been acquired as part of SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge’s savings scheme
for employees. For more information about the employee savings scheme and the
buyback program, reference is made the stock exchange notice dated 20 January
2025 and the stock exchange notice dated 24 April 2025. The buyback program will
remain in effect till December 2025.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA
owns a total of 113.474 own shares, corresponding to 0.03 % of the bank’s share
capital.

program that have been carried out during the above-mentioned time period is
