Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by AMSC ASA (under
liquidation) ("AMSC") on 15 May 2025 that payment of the dividend-in-kind in the
form of AMSC's shares in Solstad Maritime ASA (the "Company") has been
completed.
Aker Capital AS ("Aker Capital") has received 45 609 473 shares in the Company
through AMSC's dividend distribution, including through Aker Capital's
previously announced exercise of a right to assume Company shares received as
dividend-in-kind on hedge shares held by Aker Capital's counterparties under
certain total return swap agreements with financial exposure to shares in AMSC.
Following distribution of the dividend-in-kind by AMSC, Aker Capital holds a
total of 241 060 322 shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 51.8%
of the share capital and votes in the Company.

accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
