Solstad Maritime ASA: Approval and publication of listing prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 30 April 2025 regarding
the application by Solstad Maritime ASA (the "Company") for a listing of its
shares on Euronext Oslo Børs (the "Listing") and the announcement by Euronext
Oslo Børs on 6 May 2025, where it announced that the Company's application for
Listing was approved. Trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs is
expected to commence on 16 May 2025 under the trading symbol "SOMA". No new
shares will be offered in connection with the Listing.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the Listing, which has
been reviewed and approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The
prospectus is available at the Company's website https://www.solstad.com/solstad
-maritime/ and on the Managers' websites.

Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS has acted as legal counsel to Solstad Maritime ASA in
connection with the Listing. DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA, is acting as
global coordinator, Danske Bank and SpareBank 1 Markets as joint lead managers
(together the "Managers") to Solstad Maritime ASA in connection with the
Listing.
