Goodtech ASA: New Share Capital Registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 9 May 2025 in which
Goodtech ASA ("Goodtech" or the "Company") announced that the Company had
resolved a capital increase through the issuance of 27,690 new shares in
connection with the Company’s renumeration to the board of directors.

The share capital increase has now been registered in the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises pursuant to the resolution adopted at the Annual General
Meeting on 24 April 2025. The Company’s share capital is now NOK 59,257,742
divided into 29,628,871shares.
