OSLO, Norway - May 15, 2025 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX; OTCQX: AGXXF) ("Agilyx" or
the "company"), announces today that it has held its 2025 annual general meeting
at the offices of Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS, Tordenskiolds gate 12, 0160 Oslo,
Norway. All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals set out in
the notice to the annual general meeting. Complete minutes from the annual
