Resolution for transfer of 3T Global Bidco Plc bonds from Euronext ABM to Euronext Oslo Børs

3T Global Bidco Plc has in a letter dated 14 May 2025, applied for the company's
bond 3TGB01 PRO to be delisted from Euronext ABM in accordance to the ABM rules
section 6.1 (2), and new listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. Today, Euronext Oslo
Børs has made the following resolution:

«The bonds issued by 3T Global Bidco Plc 3TGB01 PRO will be delisted from
Euronext ABM as of 15 May 2025. The first day of listing on Euronext Oslo Børs
will be 16 May 2025.»
