Received application for deregistration and migration to Euronext Oslo Børs

Euronext Oslo Børs has received an application from 3T Global Bidco Plc for
deregistration of 3TGB01 PRO with ISIN NO0013211136 from Euronext ABM, and for
the bonds to be transferred to Euronext Oslo Børs.

The Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) applies from the time the application has been
made, including the issuer’s disclosure obligation on inside information.
