Omda delivers 15% growth and 22% EBITDA margin

Revenue for the quarter increased by 15% to 121 MNOK – the highest ever
recorded. Recurring revenues rose by 12% to 93 MNOK. The EBITDA came in at 27
MNOK, representing a margin of 22%.
CEO Sverre Flatby commented on the quarter:
“The combination of growth and profitability means it’s time to revitalise our
ambitious growth plans.”
Omda maintains its guidance of NOK 460–485 million in revenue for 2025, with a
full-year EBITDA margin of 23%–27%.
“By the end of 2025, we will have more than doubled our annual revenue since the
IPO. The question now is how quickly we can double it again,” Flatby said.
Highlights from the report:
• Reported revenue increased 15% and reached NOK 121 million, compared to NOK
106 million in Q1-24.
• EBITDA reported at NOK 27 million, resulting in a 22% margin compared to 14%
in Q1-24.
• Organic growth stood at 7% in local currency versus Q1-24.
• Recurring revenue totalled NOK 93 million, up from NOK 83 million in Q1-24,
accounting for 77% of total revenue.
• Successfully completed acquisitions of Dermicus and Aweria
