North Energy ASA – Results for the first quarter 2025

North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") recorded a comprehensive loss of
NOK 9.2 million in the first quarter of 2025 compared to a comprehensive income
of NOK 13.1 million in the same quarter last year. The loss reported this
quarter is mostly driven by lower income from financial investments and a loss
from associated companies.

At the end of the first quarter 2025, North Energy's Net Asset Value (NAV) was
NOK 571.2 million, representing a 5.3% decrease from last quarter and, adjusted
for dividends paid, a 19.0% increase from the same quarter last year.
