have purchased bonds in today's issuance of the Company's FRN Hybrid Tier 1
Callable bond, each with a par value of NOK 100,000.

- Eirik Holtedahl, CFO, has purchased 50 bonds
- Henning Fagerbakke, Member of the Board, has purchased 10 bonds
