Disclosure of large shareholding

Prioritet Group AB has on 14 May 2025 conditionally agreed to sell 52,913,000
shares in B2 Impact ASA (the "Transaction"). The Transaction is conditional upon
and will be completed following receipt of regulatory approval from the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Following the Transaction, Prioritet
Group AB will hold no shares and votes in B2 Impact ASA. This disclosure is made
pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
