XXL – XXL ASA – Approval of extension of acceptance period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the offer document dated 14 April
2025 in respect of:

Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in XXL ASA made by Frasers Group plc.

The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 27 May 2025 at 16:30 hours (CEST).
