SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Successful issuance of Additional Tier 1 bond

SpareBank 1 Østlandet

SpareBank 1 Østlandet (Issuer rating Aa3 with stable outlook by Moody's) has
today issued a new perpetual Additional Tier 1 bond of NOK 400 million with ISIN
NO0013568006. The coupon is 3 months Nibor + 2.65 percentage points p.a.
Settlement date is 20 May 2025.

The Additional Tier 1 bond issue has a first-time call option for the issuer on
20 August 2030, subject to an approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority
of Norway, if required. The new issue has been approved by the Bank's
Supervisory Board. The bonds will be applied for listing on Nordic ABM.

Nordea and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
