SpareBank 1 Østlandet: Mandatory notification of trade – Allocation of equity capital certificates to savings programme

The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet 09 May 2025 for
use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been redistributed to the
participating employees at a price of NOK 176 in accordance with their savings
amount. Qualified participants under the savings programme of 2023, will receive
ECCs in accordance with their savings amount at the time.
After allocation the Bank will own 3 684 equity capital certificates,
corresponding to 0.003 % of the outstanding equity capital certificates and
votes in the bank.

are primary insiders.
